surgery day five.
the PA just finished examining josh and despite his stomach problems, josh is being released today. we are just waiting for the paperwork. he told josh that it just takes time for the bowels to wake up after they have been moved around during surgery and he would probably do better getting home where he is more comfortable. so, as soon as we get the papers we are off. they also don't want him staying longer than necessary where he is at risk of catching al the junk in a hospital. more updates later.

I am so relieved at hearing the good news! Thanks for updating us all. What an amazing husband you have, Kim :) Give your mom a hug from all of us Staskas :) Lee and Kim send their well wishes, too!
